Rentals Bathurst Curling Club

The Bathurst Curling Club is an excellent venue for your next gathering.

Please contact us for more rental information at admin@bathurstcurlingclub.ca  but here are a few guidelines.

Downstairs lounge:  daily rental = $350 + HST

Upstairs lounge/dining room: daily rental = $350 + HST

Both upstairs and downstairs lounge/dining room: daily rental = $650  + HST

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO RESERVE THE SPACE. IN THE EVENT 

OF CANCELLATION, THIS MAY BE DONE WITHOUT PENALTY BY PROVIDING AT LEAST TWO WEEKS (14 DAYS) NOTICE PRIOR TO THE EVENT. CANCELLATION NOT MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL RESULT IN FORTEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT.  

Note: Kitchen is available for use during lounge and/or dining room rental at no additional 

charge. 

Ice surface

Entire Ice shed (Includes access to washrooms)                                      $600 + HST                                  

Per sheet of ice – 2 hour game                                                                      $80/sheet + HST          

Tables and chairs

Long tables                                                                                                           $10/day + HST

Chairs (black)                                                                                                       $1/chair/day + HST

Bar Services:

·       Bartending services are offered at no additional charge, dependent on bartender availability

·       Bartending hours are dependent on client needs; however, last call is generally 11:45 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
